This protection means that, when we request personal information, the request will be justified. You will not receive unsolicited advertising by e-mail. You will only receive e-mail messages in the following instances:
	after you have created your personal file after having purchased access to a course or service after completing learning activities in one of our courses
What information is collected from our visitors, and what is the purpose of collecting this information?
Under the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector, you have the right to know what information we collect and our purpose for collecting it. Text boxes where we request information: Creating a personal file The "name", "first name" and "e-mail" fields are used to create your file. The "telephone" field is used to contact you, if necessary. All other fields are used for statistical purposes.
Do we collect other information?
The computer program records the IP address of any computer that connects with our Web site. Your personal identity is not revealed and these data are used only for statistical analysis regarding the usage of our site.
What is the purpose of the "cookies files"?
The POP online training site uses "cookies files" exclusively for managing your learning in the courses to which you have access. A "cookies file" is a text file containing a unique identification number that allows us to identify you, to personalize and thereby simplify your navigation in order to adapt it to your needs. Since "cookies files" are text files, they can only be executed on your computer and do not pose any threat.
Security of personal information
In the event that you choose to send us personal information by e-mail, your electronic messages are treated with the same confidentiality measures as traditional mail. Using electronic mail, however, does not offer the same level of security as transmitting by text box, so we suggest that you exercise caution in this respect.
